At Maid Services in India, we strive to provide you with reliable and efficient domestic help solutions. Nevertheless, anything that can lead to cancellation or issue of a refund must be considered. Below is our policy:

1. Service Cancellation

You can cancel at least 24 hours prior to the service time with no charge . Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time could be up to a 50% cancellation fee based on the service fee

2. Refund Policy: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance you will get your amount back to the original payment method you used within 7-10 business days, If a client asks to cancel a scheduled appointment, we will not refund any amount full or partial for services rendered on or after such date.

If for whatever reason you are not happy or your chosen maid is not available we can arrange to substitute her or give you a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

 3. No Show or Denial of Service:

If the maid does not arrive or denies service for any reason whatsoever the client has the right to a full refund or free reschedule choice.

4. Changes in Services:

Clients may request the change of service dates/times, the change needs to take place at least 12 hours before the appointment, based on availability.
