  • No Profiles Shared: If MSI has not shared any maid profiles with the client within 45 days of registration.
  • No Work Started: When no maid has begun serving within 45 days despite the client fully cooperating with MSI processes.
  • Individual Evaluation: Each refund request is reviewed considering search efforts, verification steps, and coordination already completed by MSI.
  • Management Approval Necessary: Any refund deemed valid will be processed only after internal review and management approval, and MSI may decline refunds where substantial work has already been completed.

2. Registration Fee (One-Time & Valid for 5 Years)

The registration fee is a single, non-refundable payment that provides access to MSI’s verified database and support framework for a period of five years from the payment date.

  • Includes candidate database access, background verification facilitation, and support from a dedicated relationship manager.
  • Cannot be adjusted toward maid salary, commissions, or future service charges under any circumstance.
  • Remains valid for five years; within this period clients can reinitiate services without paying the registration fee again, after which the registration lapses automatically.

3. Service Fees or Charges (Payable on Day of Placement)

A one-time service fee equal to one month of the maid’s salary is due on the placement day and covers placement management, onboarding support, and up to three employee changes within a year as per MSI policy.

  • Service fees mirror the salary mutually agreed upon by the client and maid, ensuring transparent compensation alignment.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer or UPI to MSI’s official bank account only; MSI is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels.
  • Official receipts are issued after payment confirmation, safeguarding both client records and MSI’s service documentation.
